Refund policy

At El Gloree Naturals, every product is carefully handcrafted and quality-checked before it is dispatched. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and customer safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or unopened personal care products unless they are faulty, damaged on arrival, or you have received the wrong item.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@elgloree.co.uk.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging.

We will assess your claim and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution in accordance with your statutory rights.

Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days after the claim has been reviewed.

Change of Mind

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds if you change your mind after your order has been dispatched.

Please read all product descriptions carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about a product, we are happy to help before you make your purchase.

Items lost in transit
Should there be a case of item lost by our logistics provider, we would replace immediately at no cost to our customers

Kindly escalate any prolonged delay (more than 7 business days), so we can investigate and do the needful.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your legal rights.
